Returns
We want you to keep what you ordered because you like it, not because returning it was too much hassle. Here is exactly how it works.
The short version
You have 30 days from the day your order arrives to request a return, for any reason. Items need to come back unworn and unused, with tags attached and in their original packaging, and you will need your receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return
Email digestwellsupport@gmail.com with your order number and which items you would like to return. We will reply with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send the parcel.
Please do not post items back before contacting us — parcels sent without an approved return cannot be accepted, and we may not be able to reunite them with your order.
If something arrived damaged or wrong
Tell us straight away and send a photo if you can. If an item is faulty, damaged in transit, or simply not what you ordered, that is on us: we will cover the return shipping and either replace the item or refund it in full, whichever you prefer.
Refunds
Once your return reaches us we will inspect it and email you either way. If it is approved, the refund goes back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take a few days beyond that to post it, which is outside our control.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return and you still cannot see the money, email us and we will chase it.
Exchanges
The quickest route is to return the item you have and place a new order for the one you want, rather than waiting for an exchange to work its way through.
What we cannot take back
- Sale items and gift cards
- Items returned without tags, or showing signs of wear
- Personal care goods and anything sealed for hygiene reasons, once opened
If you are in the EU
You have a statutory 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive your order, for any reason and without giving one. This sits alongside the 30-day window above, whichever is more generous to you. The same condition requirements apply.
